“I’ve been supporting Optimum Health in Sherwood Park for years, and it continues to be one of my absolute favorites. What keeps me coming back time and time again? The incredible team. The employees are always friendly, genuinely helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure I find exactly what I need. On top of that, they’re extremely knowledgeable—whether I’ve come in with questions or just browsing, I always leave feeling well taken care of and more informed.”

“customer service is really poor for their online dept. Their online chat suggests only a few minutes wait but I never did get a response. Left 2 voicemails with their online help number and sent an email. no response. Even called to talk to a manager. none available. what is going on? this is my first time needing advice on an order so cant compare although i have ordered online ever since covid without any product or delivery issues. Tough to buy local with this level of service :(”

“It is always a pleasure to shop at Optimum Health. I go to the Brewery District location and I, without exception, welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful staff. The products they sell are top-notch and competitively priced and with the assistance of any staff, I know I am choosing just the right products. I was introduced to Jane Iredale makeup at Optimum and love it. Everything is perfection. The product that is the most magical is the pressed powder foundation with SPF. It covers up imperfections in my skin and isn't one bit noticeable. I feel like I'm brushing on something that gives almost an air-brush smoothness. I also think using J.I. foundation brush makes it sink into pores and looks invisible but covers! Silky, smooth corrector is also an amazing product for spot covering blemishes or dark spots. Eye shadow is a powder but there's not a speck of powder that goes anywhere but where ai brush it on! No little powdery flakes! Mascara, lipstick, highlighter powder, bronzing powder are all exceptional too. I would not have bought these items without help from staff there. Everything someone helps me, I think no one could be as lovely and informative and then the next time, if another person assists me, they are just as wonderful! I look forward to my regular visits there and I know my experience will surpass my expectations once again. I love giving my business to a local shop and their loyalty point system is generous and terrific too. My highest recommendation goes toward Optimum Health.”

“Love the place, the service and product selection. Only suggestion would be a better system of pre-ordering. Many times I ordered-ordered and fully paid for an item and got a call when it arrived. Upon inquiring about it on the counter, they would at first say there's no order for me, only to find it 30s later. Than they would try to charged me as if I've paid only half, having me to insist I've already had paid in full, as stated in their notes. But again, that's the only thing. Place is great and I'll keep shopping there.”
