“Customer service from some staff isn't great! Could see their annoying behaviors , especially Brenda at Oliver Square! Free gifts are given to who they like and prices are very expensive!”

“I love the Optimum store in Sherwood Park. The selection of products and the knowledgeable staff make shopping there a pleasure. Everyone is so helpful and they are always happy to obtain items they do not carry from another store. Happy to hear the Southside store has reopened. Optimum is a great place to obtain your supplements and clean beauty products. ❤️”

“The new renovated store is open and airy. All items I needed were easily found. The familiar staff (it was so nice to see everyone back)were friendly and very helpful when I did need assistance. So very glad to have the south side store back and better than ever.”

“The Sherwood Park location staff shows interest in their clients as individuals, greets us on a first name basis and always asks if we found what we were looking for & is knowledgeable about substitutes if a product is out of stock and willing to place a special order for products as well. Very satisfied.”
