I was looking for the dishcloths you used to carry, but was informed you don't carry them anymore. I was a little bit disappointed.

Overall, I’m happy e we hen I shop at Optimum Health. But, with the cost of everything going up, I’m finding it harder and harder to buy the necessary health products, due to the lack of sales and products not being in sale often. I’d really appreciate more sales every week on necessary things like coral calcium, B vitamins and probiotics. Thank you for your interest.

I decided to be completely honest in this review. When diagnosed with austioporosis and pulmonary fibrosis I was persuaded to meet with John for an assessment. John was very kind and considerate while recommending a lot of supplements that he thought would help me. I attended appointments with John twice. I really have not noticed any improvement in my health but do understand that if I stopped taking them I might, then, realize what they are doing. Quite frankly I find myself spending an enormous amount of my limited income on these supplements while not knowing what they are really doing for me. I will have to find a way to cut back. Thank you for allowing me to present my opinion.

I have enjoyed shopping at Optimum for quality health products for many years. My current experience is that their prices are going up significantly. I purchased a supplement 3 months ago and got a refill recently and the cost had gone up 12%. Overall the staff are helpful and knowledgeable, but the prices on some items are getting out of reach.

it would have been nice to review my cart before you took my payment. however,I cancelled the order. I hope this did not go through. As I did not proceed with the payment. I wanted to find out if this was being shipped from Canada and was unable to find an answer to that question. Therefor, I cancelled the order

I've been a customer of Optimum Health for many years. Customer service has been up and down, but I usually find the products I like. This last time I went in, was a very unpleasant experience. I just got in the door and a staff member came up to me immediately to tell me about the different sections of the store (which is fine but I hadnt asked). I thanked him and said I did not need assistance in finding anything that day, but then he seemed to keep following me around the store. He seemed to be watching me at the end of each isle I looked through and I felt very uncomfortable. I ended up getting a few things and left before I had planned just because I felt so uncomfortable.

I have been coming to this store for decades. I find the staff are not as friendly as they once were especially the staff in Kolya - overall I find them to be stand off ish .

I got Sinna nasal spray, priced at 22.95. when I can get it for 14.95 at National Nutrition. I don't mind paying a bit more but this is $8.00 more. I won't be getting it from Optinum again.

All in all I have a good shopping experiences but the problems occur at check-out. Quite often there are problems with using the computer/machine used to calculate payments. The ladies very often have problems using the machine/computer, can’t figure out discounts and such. I left once being owed about $2.00. I suggested to the clerk to just write out a simple IOU but they couldn’t do that. If the situation was reversed and I owed them $2.00 I wouldn’t have been allowed my purchase I’m sure. Maybe an improvement to the system might be something to consider. It’s slow and difficult to use.

Miss Laurie Niles went to your store with my $100.00 cash and bought me 4 items. She fancies herself as some kind of herbalist and bought me 2 bottles of totally wrong supplements for this body I live in. I was furious. I had to pay for ride to the store with the 2 wrong products and the receipt. I ended up with a credit note when I needed the cash back. I googled "foot neuropathy " and my MD gave me the amitryptiline I need. I'm not diabetic. I'm on the ayurvedic diet and have been slowly long weight, which is a good thing. All of your staff have been consistently wonderful to me.

It would be nice if you had a set time of the month to have sales on your items like the way other health food stores do. You can call it "Customer Appreciation Day". It would also be nice if you carried highly rated supplements on the internet, like "Microbiome Labs" products. It is so hard to find any well rated soil-based probiotics in Canada, like "Microbiome Labs" "Mega Spores". Is it possible that you can sell these kinds of supplements some day?

I find it unusual that my online orders are packaged so beautifully and include samples, yet an in person visit yields, mediocre customer service, no samples and I had to interrupt a couple of associates for assistance. I have been shopping here for years but this last visit did not meet the standards I have encountered in the past. Looks like online purchases might be the wag to go.
