“I would like to see the store carry Health First products- currently I have to drive to St Albert- for the products myself and my wife use. This is 50 Kms one way. Your store is much more convenient. We have tried other brands but they are not the same.”

“I've always loved this store. I was enjoying the 10% discount once/month. I spent way too much on those visits, but that was great. I was not expecting to arrive and find out that you had changed that plan back to 2 Tuesdays/month. I find that hard to keep track of which weeks and making myself available on one specific day to drive across town. There was a man behind the till, apparently in management, who seemed to be quite annoyed that I was taken aback and wanted to put some items on hold until the following Tuesday to take advantage of the discount. I spend literally hundreds of dollars each time and I didn't appreciate being made to feel guilty for it. I will be looking for another Health Food store that is maybe closer and more welcoming to add to my repertory of shopping places.”

“Love the osea products and very pleased that kolya offers them in Canada. The only point of the transaction I am much less pleased about is the packaging and the non eco-friendly way of doing it. It wasn't done in an eco-friendly with over packaging,easy packaging and with samples I do not need so simply threw away. I know it's all to make us buy other products and it's marketing but you should maybe have an option when we purchase to ask if we want samples or not. Plus maybe not use styromousse to isolate or protected. So many other options now.”

“Thank you for the opportunity to write a review on your website. I like your virtual shop & the packaging is excellent. I had bad luck this time around & ended up w/wet kinda soggy products. Idk what leaked but the soaps (as seen in the vid) were wrecked. I had to let them sit on the counter for them to dry. I hope it will be better next time. m. hannah”

“The packaging is beautiful. I love the little added touches and samples. By biggest complaint may or may not have to do with Koyla directly, but mostly due to Harmonic arts packaging. Harmonic Arts packaging is beautiful and I absolutely love their company - these drinks are amazing. However, if you’re going to go for a plastic packaging inside at least make the plastic strong enough for shipping maybe? All 3 of my drinks were a huge mess and there is a lot of the drinks wasted. I thought maybe it was just a bit and cleaned up the box and the Elevate drink box even though it was clearly matcha floating everywhere in my kitchen - once I opened the matcha mind I was really disappointed with how much was wasted all over the packaging, on my counter, in the box it was mailed in. It was a huge mess to clean up all the powder and precious delicious drink is wasted!! :( Haven’t tried my Om Organics cleansing oil or Earths Aromique earl grey tea.. but I’m drooling over the smell of them!!”

“My purchase came quickly, I bought two foaming soap pumps. I was very happy with them until after 3 days of using the first one it stopped working. I was trying to avoid wasting plastic and now I have extra plastic garbage.”
