I've been a customer of Optimum Health for many years. Customer service has been up and down, but I usually find the products I like. This last time I went in, was a very unpleasant experience. I just got in the door and a staff member came up to me immediately to tell me about the different sections of the store (which is fine but I hadnt asked). I thanked him and said I did not need assistance in finding anything that day, but then he seemed to keep following me around the store. He seemed to be watching me at the end of each isle I looked through and I felt very uncomfortable. I ended up getting a few things and left before I had planned just because I felt so uncomfortable.
