I decided to be completely honest in this review. When diagnosed with austioporosis and pulmonary fibrosis I was persuaded to meet with John for an assessment. John was very kind and considerate while recommending a lot of supplements that he thought would help me. I attended appointments with John twice. I really have not noticed any improvement in my health but do understand that if I stopped taking them I might, then, realize what they are doing. Quite frankly I find myself spending an enormous amount of my limited income on these supplements while not knowing what they are really doing for me. I will have to find a way to cut back.
