Each store is very different yet the same in a lot of ways. I like that Oliver seems to have the most staff and are eager to help. They have knowledgable staff and for the most part help me get in and out quickly. Sometimes I just want to look at different things and I feel they’re a bit too eager to help/push me out the door. Especially like this last visit when I’m doing fine finding stuff on my own and going through my mental check list / checking with my phone on the labels (as I’ve been caught too many times in the past for going with it looks the same and it has changed) and was interrupted by the third or fourth person within a 10 min span. So even though the staff could help, I can’t give them tasks to go find things for me being startled so much. It would be different if I was actively looking for help but the last time I was there, it became too much. Especially when I’m trying to reduce my interaction with non-mask wearing people. Perhaps if there really eager to help, greet with “I’m ___, call for me if you need help” or if there concerned about me shopping with my cane, say so. I can tell them that all that I need isn’t on the bottom so there’s no panic about reaching for me. Anyways good store for products and I do appreciate the eagerness to be customer driven, just need to focus it a bit better that’s all.
