while i appreciate the knowledge your staff demonstrate i would like to see familiar faces when i visit.
i always look for 'the big guy" (boss) he knows everything and i trust him completely.
too much of a turnover otherwise...
however.all in all it's o.k..not friendly o.k but o.k.
