Optimum Health is a treasure trove of all things Earthly and full of goodness. It is like a second home for my daughter and I as we Have been visiting it since it had a little cafe. As my daughter has grown up we both have a lovely connection with the family of sweet, kind, welcoming staff that work there and have worked there through the years. Apart from being a goodness trove the open spaces and shop layout bring a brightness and lightness to the space, adding a joyful warmth!
