The Staff is always ready to pick up for me whatever I am there to buy. They also are ever ready to explain anything new I want an explanation for. I started giving more attention to Optimum Health a few years ago when one of the Staff told me they don't bring in any junk supplements. So hopefully that all means the products they sell are trustworthy. I must say, I am feeling mostly wonderfully better than I have felt through the ages of struggling with auto-immune disease. Thank you to each one there who has helped me.
