Disappointed with the lack of willingness to accept my request on allowing the double points on the purchase. I would've not requested it, but it was a big purchase for me and doubling the points would have helped a lot. The salesperson needed to ask the manager and the manager declined my request.
The fact that the sale discount offer was changed to points it is stopping me from shopping at Optimum as I was before the change.
