Since I first visited Optimum Health in February 2020 on a visit to Edmonton I have been ordering from them. I live in BC but I am so impressed with Optimum that they are my health store! The delivery is so fast, there’s always a lovely little thank you note and the free samples are consistently wonderful! I love the very informative website. I also enjoy the newsletters, etc that I receive from optimum. I am an extremely satisfied customer!
