The lady who served me at Optimum Health was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help me find what I was looking for. She was able to make alternate suggestions when they didn't have a product in stock, and also offered to order the product I wanted if they didn't have it. Optimum also has a variety of brands and products that are very hard to find in your average health store.
