I was pleasantly surprised to be talking to not only knowledgablw but also very polite and pleasant individuals, namely Karin on the phone after teslizing that my online order was rejected due to me not receiving emails asking for my confirmation. It was a great delight to have a conversation with a REAL human being. Almost like the universe created this issue for the sole purpose of connecting.
