I have shopped at Optimum Health for many years now - both in-store and on-line. The staff at the 109 st location are awesome - give me the help and / or advice I need. Good variety of products and I trust that they are top quality, as I wouldn't expect anything less of John Biggs!
I just wish that choosing to stay healthy wasn't SO expensive !!
