I have been shopping at Optimum Health now for several years. They are my go-to store for my supplements and natural body and hair care. The staff are very knowledgeable and can suggest options. They are also quite friendly and so that's always nice too. In fact I was looking for a tinted face cream and the woman who helped me sent me home with samples first to ensure I had the proper colour match prior to purchase. Just all around great staff and service.
