Your staff, especially Carmen and a few of them were teasing and making funny faces behind customers. They were always chatting away and showed frustration when customers approached. They don't even check items expired before handing to customers. Your staffs can ruin your business.
The only few good staff were Mirian and your Alesse. You CEO should reevaluate and screen the other staffs. Located downtown Edmonton!
