I have shopped at Optimum Health ever since John Biggs opened his 1st store. I have always been impressed with the knowledge base of all staff . The Opti line is very good and always a great product selection. I would like to see more amino acid products, even bulk options . Overall my go to health food store , but always seem to miss the sales 😅
