I have been shopping at the Optimum health for over 20 years. Last week, I received excellent customer service by two of their staff , their names are Cheryl and Lido. Cheryl helped me choose the right supplements by offering her knowledge. The owner, Mr. John Biggs, his employees are dedicated to helping all their customers in buying natural supplements, their stores are fully stocked with a wide selection of products. I never found the staff trying to make a sale, I found their priority is customers wellbeing, customers getting the right info to make an informed choices/decisions. I wish, Mr. Biggs, his staff continued success as time unfolds. Cheryl showed integrity, patience, in serving me and my daughter. Lido was polite, hardworking employee. Jessica, Jessy, other staff are equally knowledgeable, always walking extra miles because they take pride in the job well done. Optimum staff is interested in educating their customers, improving health by taking natural products, their goals are genuine, they are blessing to all customers who believe in natural healing methods.
