I have only ever had wonderful experiences with these stores especially the Sherwood Park store. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgeable and they remember you! Especially if you visit often. Whatever product you need they will try and bring it in for you if they can. They spend as much time as they need to with you to ensure you have been well informed of the product. Love this place. I just have one small suggestion. I feel that as a very frequent customer I should be able to use the bathroom 😂 I understand it shouldn’t be available to everyone off the street but I get very frustrated when it’s an emergency or I have my kid. Like the other day I had a full basket but I had to drop it and go and I didn’t come back. I ventured too far for a washroom haha. Just a thought! 🤎
