While I was disappointed that there wasn't enough stock to fill my order, I was pleased with the follow-up that I had. I would make one suggestion: I would update my website to indicate how much of a product is available, instead of a potential customer getting just getting redirected back to the order form. I was tempted to find another source, but instead I decided to chat with the customer service and mention there was a possibility the website had some hick-ups. She followed up with another email telling me there was limited stock in, so I ordered what you had left.
