I love Optislim, have been taking it for several months and find i am loosing weight in s slow and steady manner; no fast reduction and then put the weight back on, the taste is great and the vitamins etc in the shake are excellent, my Doctor put me onto to it and she is also very happy with my progress, was 108 kg now 94.5 kg and i feel great;
