“I was pleasantly surprised when I tried the Optislim shakes and really liked the taste, especially the espresso flavour, considering I rarely drink coffee. The variety pack is excellent to start off with and most shakes are easy and keep you full for a few hours. I also tried the VLCD Optislim bars, again the variety pack, and couldn't believe how fantastic they were. Munching into them, you could taste the flavour and the texture was an added bonus! I chose 4 stars because I would like to see more flavours and more stock, please, so I can order more of my favourites.”

“Purchased the "buy 3 get 1 free" bundle. Good value for money. Flavours are tasty. I replace breakfast and lunch, have fruit, yoghurt and nuts for snacks and am satisfied till dinner. The only downside is constipation! I drink heaps of water but also need metamusil.”
