“I'm enjoying both the shakes and bars, they are working well for me. I like the texture of the Chocolate Fudge Bar best compared to the others I have encountered but found that out of the ones I bought it seems to be the only one so far that doesn't have the crispy texture. I'm hoping when I top up my supply I'll find more of my prefered texture. Also enjoyed the sample soup I was given by my specialist, but haven't found a supply that's in of stock yet. I'm glad they don't use aspartame in these products as I wouldn't be able to have them due to an intollerance.”

Just a quick heads-up: while we totally get the appeal of a warm choc or espresso shake in the morning, we don’t recommend using hot or warm water to prepare them. The vitamins and minerals in our VLCD shakes are a bit heat-sensitive, and high temps can affect their goodness (and performance).
For best results, we suggest mixing your shake with 250ml of chilled water, giving it a good shake, and enjoying it right away. That way, you're getting the full benefit and the great taste!
