I switched to Optislim after my usual brand stopped making products. The VLCD shakes work as they should, but taste awfully yeasty compared to what I'm used to. The bars are dense and hard to chew and taste like the shakes do. However, I am not on this diet for the taste so I don't mind. Any flavour that promises a "crunch" (peanut butter, oreo cookies etc) are actually quite bad because they have these rice-krispy-esque texture that tastes like shoe gum.
