After reading so many terrible reviews I was sceptical!!! Deciding to give it a go anyway, I was pleasantly surprised! I think I've tried all the flavours and I can't say I don't like any. The soups are not great but the VCLD shakes are perfect! So far I'm finding the plan really easy to follow.
