What can I say optislim has changed my life I have lost 18 kg and still have more to but best program most shakes I like but like most foods there is some I don't but there is enough flavours that I can have variety and stick to ones I like, good pricing to where else can you get a meal for $3 approx thank you wonderful products your changed my life
