When to return soup products, I was informed that my vomiting and diarrhoea were side effects of Optislim and I should have been aware of this before purchasing the products. Although I stressed that vomiting & diarrhoea were not side effects but a consequence of using the product, I was told that’ ‘I was not used to consuming that number of vitamins’. It’s poor customer service & only serves Optislim not my health. It’s also shocking to be offering advice by an unqualified person. I was saving myself from being taken to hospital and placed on a hydration drip. I expect my refund.
