I find the shakes very tasty, easy to mix and very effective as I have lost just over 6 kilograms since commencing 26 days ago. My wife has joined me on this diet which effectively follows the suggested lines of the included brochure. We commenced on 3 replacement meals a day and since then have moved to 2 replacement meals per day after 2 weeks. We will happily continue to achieve our goals.
