Not happy with the service I received. I had placed my order and then forgot to add a shaker. I emailed customer care to see if they were able to add this to my order and I would pay seperate. Instead I got a response stating that they could not do that and to make another order. Which then meant, I had to pay $12 shipping for a shaker that was only $9 on special!!! I work in customer service and have done for 30 years. That is not customer service. Not happy at all, and I will not be using optislim again.
