I have found optislim a great way to lose weight as this is not my first time using your products. Serval years ago I was 170kg and had to lose 20kg before surgery. i succeeded in doing so and had surgery and went on to lose 40kg. But now I have crept my weight out to 129kg so I have started on optislim again and after 4 weeks I am at 123kg and I aiming for around 100kg as my goal weight by Christmas
