I have been using Optislim Optiman for around a month now, and have found it a very good, easy way to lose weight. The meal replacement shakes are very filling and nice tasting. Same to be said for the low calorie snacks and VLCD bars. I would highly recommend this system to anyone wanting to lose weight.
