They don’t mix in a shaker with cold water with a whisk ball at all, they are lumpy “lumps are full or raw powder” worst shakes I’ve ever purchased…
I’ve emailed and sent x2 sachets of each flavour back to optipharm for testing but still haven’t heard anything back from them I’m super disappointed in this product and I would not purchase them again…
