I've been using Optislim for 6 weeks under the watchful eye of a GP and dietitian. I am using 2 meal replacements per day and have significantly modified my eating habits. I have lost 8kg in 6 weeks. I don't like all of the flavours but there are certainly enough I can work with to achieve my goal. I am using a variety of shakes, bars and soups. Well done Optislim. I love that I can support a great Australian product while it supports me.
