Initially a friend gave me 2 boxes of VLCD Bars she had purchased but decided not to use. I quite enjoyed the taste of both the chocolate and caramel flavours so decided to purchase more bars as well as the sachets to help me lose weight. I don’t enjoy the sachets very much as they all seem to have a similar 'metallic' taste. I am slowly losing weight so they do help with weight loss but I won’t be buying anymore sachets, only bars.
