Chocolate, caramel, vanilla, espresso flavoured shakes truly taste really good!!
Taste is so much more flavoursome than other brands I've tried.
Serving size seems small, but just gets me through to next mean time.
I do need to have more self control so the smaller servings may just be because I'm new to this system.
Can't get over the flabby!!! No kgs lost yet... wk3
