I purchased the rapid burn program and was very excited to start. I divided all the components into day portions so that all I had to do was grab one days portions and go for it. The recommendation for a day was
1 shake
1 bar
1 soup.
2 cups of fresh vegetables
The portions supplied and purchased are insufficient for this therefore, for 2 weeks of the program I have shakes 3 times a day.
Apart from this and being very hungry on the first day I have just started my second week and weight loss has accelerated. Overall I am very pleased and would recommend the program to any one.
