I like Optislim as I have a fatty liver from Chemo. The shakes are convenient as I buy the mixed flavour box, but I’m not a fan of the Banana flavour.
I love the soups - especially the Meat and Potato.
I just love the Bars - especially the Nut Caramel Crunch and Espresso.
As I’m only on Optislim for a short amount of time due to my fatty liver, I would certainly would recommend them.
