I purchased the strawberry flavour because I'm not a big chocolate fan and it tastes delicious. My wife bought home a caramel one and that was better tasting so I've purchased 21 strawberry and 21 salted caramel. I've lost 2kg in 1 week so far. It's difficult to lose weight when I'm in a wheelchair because exercising is not the same. I'm hopeful with proper eating and Optislim, my weight will reduce.
