I’m concerned that the company does not take any responsibility of their product once it leaves the warehouse. I was not home when my order was delivered and I called Optislim to ask for proof of delivery to ensure they had delivered it to a safe location and not left it at my mailbox, which is not in view of the house (I live at the end of a long driveway). I was informed to check with Australia Post as it’s not something Optislim can follow up on. Very annoying
