I’ve been on Optislim for a while now but had a break over Christmas I felt like I stacked the weight back on and felt gross when I was off it because you know Christmas we all indulge ourselves but quite a few people have said to me that I’m looking the best that I have and that was a massive confidence boost and just a massive motivation booster to keep doing what I’ve been doing even though I had stopped it for a weeks but I felt horrible and bloated and really weighed down so I was excited to start the shakes again thank you Optislim 😊
