Great product. I've only used the shakes. I use a Ninja Blender, if you run it long enough you can make a mousse or a very filling drink. I use 1 cup of water with 5 to 6 ice cubes you get 2 large glasses full. Buy direct from Optislim. I order 3 boxes and the 4 box is free and you pay no delivery fees. Even when Chemist Warehous has it on special, they are more expense. The 3 plus 1 boxes work out to $30 a box. in 7 days I've lost 5kgs and hubby 2.5kgs.
