I was using optifast bars however I wanted to try optislim as an alternative.
The quality, texture and taste is of amazing. You wouldn't know you were eating a slimming product that is tasty. I will continue to use optislim in the future. It is also a good snack to have in a ski jacket pocket whilst skiing.
