I have lost over 22kgs. I love the bars I have one for breakfast each morning and I have the shakes for lunch and dinner. I can't say enough how much I enjoy these products and how much they have helped me kick-start and stay on track as my journey is not finished yet. Best of all it's an Australian product so u know it is made with the highest of standards. I really do enjoy each bar and shake..if ur going to loose weight look at this option first...
