Unless you use a blender, Optislim powder does not completely dissolve, leaving chunky bits and a grainy texture. The chocolate tastes pretty good, but whoever thought that the strawberry flavour is palatable needs to seriously assess their own taste receptors. I have used various protein powders for decades and found most chocolate and strawberry variants to be far more palatable.
