I’m a fan of the Optislim as Its the best flavour of all the VLCD shakes and from my investigation it’s also the best value. Losing weight is not easy so it’s important that if you are replacing meals with something enjoyable, Optislim Is working for me, with a 4 kilo loss in the first week.
