Really happy with the shakes and have just started on the VLCD Platinum shake range, very impressed. Love the flavours that I chose, stopping the hunger for a longer period which is what I was hoping for. However my main complaint is the 100 calories snacks. There used to be 4 options, then this reduced to 3 for a period of time and now there are only two. I was told that one of the options would come back when the raw materials became available but this have not eventuated.
