I purchased the plant based vanilla and chocolate shakes after much research into a number of shake products from a variety of companies. I am completely lactose intolerant and needed a product that would not react and make me unwell. I was very cautious when first starting on the product but I have been pleasently surprised. The shakes taste amazing and I have not had any adverse reaction to them at all. If you are looking for a plant based shake, I highly recommend the Optislim product.
