I've been on Optislim since mid October 2023. Initially one shake a day and since 22 January 2024, two shakes a day. My weight loss in the two periods has been 10 kgs and 8.6 kgs. I'm losing weight so I can have an operation and I have 1.4 kgs to go. Thank you Optislim.
No cooking, hardly any washing up and the most effective and cheapest meals anyone could have to lose weight. Wahoo.
