I've tried so many shake powders and slimming bars and when I had bariatric surgery, Optislim was the product of choice from the dietitian. I loved it and now I'm getting rid of some extra kilos that have crept on, I've once again turned to Optislim. It's the best tasting VLCD product out there with the bars keeping me full and satisfied. I'm loosing weight once more and using Optislim has made a chore something to look forward to. Ps, my fav bar is choc fudge....YUMMMM!!!
